All outcomes listed below are anonymised. Case references are used in place of personal names. These summaries are published for transparency purposes only and do not constitute legal findings.
FTP-2017-001
October 2017Concern: Concerns regarding scope of practice and qualification validity.
Outcome: Matter did not proceed to a full Fitness to Practise hearing. Registrant voluntarily removed from the register.
Result: Voluntary removal from register.
FTP-2018-001
January 2018Concern: Concerns regarding the authenticity of submitted qualification certificates.
Outcome: Matter did not proceed to further investigation or a full Fitness to Practise hearing.
Result: Voluntary removal from register.
FTP-2018-002
January 2018Concern: Concerns regarding the validity of a submitted qualification certificate.
Outcome: Investigation found the registrant was not responsible for the irregularity and was a victim of a fraudulent training provider. Matter closed in the registrant's favour.
Result: Registrant retained on the register. Grade confirmed at Associate level.
FTP-2018-003
May 2018Concern: Concerns that claimed grades could not be verified during an Internal Quality Assurance inspection.
Outcome: Matter did not proceed to a full Fitness to Practise hearing. A downgrade was offered but not accepted by the registrant.
Result: Voluntary removal from register.
FTP-2022-001
September 2022Concern: Concerns regarding scope of practice, qualification validity, service history and an undeclared conviction.
Outcome: Investigation confirmed service history and qualifications were genuine for the period in question. Registrant's civilian qualification level was reassessed following a change in circumstances. Declared conviction reviewed and found not to bar registration. Registrant did not contest the findings within the stated timeframe.
Result: Registration downgraded in line with UKREMT guidelines pending completion of outstanding evidence. Entry amended to reflect driving status.
FTP-2025-001
December 2025Concern: Concerns that claimed grades could not be verified during an Internal Quality Assurance audit inspection, following a concern raised by an employer.
Outcome: Matter did not proceed to a full Fitness to Practise hearing. Qualification equivalence reviewed and agreed with the registrant.
Result: Registration level adjusted in line with PHEM Framework equivalence. Registrant registered at the agreed grade.
